A Milwaukee area man previously convicted of drunk driving and operating on a revoked license has pleaded guilty in the October 2016 hit and run car crash that killed three people and seriously injured a forth, an Uber driver.
The man turned himself in days after fleeing the scene of the accident, apparently caused when he ran a red light crashing into the car with the driver and three female passengers in the early hours of the morning.
The driver faces felony charges including three counts of second-degree reckless homicide. Each count carries a possible fine of $100,000 and up to 25 years imprisonment.
